This website is deliberately light. Our visitor analytics are cookieless and collect no personal data. We do use two advertising cookies from Meta, so that we can tell which of our Facebook and Instagram adverts actually produce enquiries. Those two are the only non-essential cookies on the site, and they are listed in full below.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it to build a profile of you for anyone else, and nothing here follows you around the web on our behalf beyond the advertising measurement described below.
The site may use a small number of strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies so that it loads correctly and stays secure. These do not identify you personally and are needed for the website to work.
We load fonts from Google Fonts so the site displays as intended. This means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which may log your IP address as part of delivering the fonts. We do not control that processing; you can read Google's own privacy information on their website.
We use Simple Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages are useful to them. It is built to be privacy-first: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and collects no personal data, so there is no way for you to be identified or tracked across other websites through it.
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To measure whether those adverts produce enquiries rather than just clicks, we load the Meta pixel through Google Tag Manager. It sets two first-party cookies:
_fbp is created by Meta to identify your browser on this website. It lasts about 90 days.
_fbc is created only if you arrive here by clicking one of our Meta adverts, and stores the click identifier from that advert. It lasts about 90 days.
Google Tag Manager itself sets no cookies; it only loads and controls the tags above. If you send us an enquiry we also pass Meta a scrambled, unreadable version of the details you entered so that it can match the enquiry to an advert. Our privacy policy explains that in full.
You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, and every major browser lets you block third-party or advertising cookies entirely. Doing so will not stop you using this website and will not affect the service you get from us.
You can also turn off personalised advertising in the advert settings of your Facebook or Instagram account, which stops Meta using this measurement to target adverts at you.
